Contract Manager (Regional/Infrastructure/Building/Marine/Industrial) - Egypt

A leading international construction group, one with a rich, diverse history of worldwide experience is currently working on some exciting new projects in North Africa. Currently they are looking for a Regional Contracts Manager to oversee all projects in the region. This person is as cool as ice in stressful situations, able to communicate effectively with excellent legal and contractual awareness and is results driven with a decisive personality.

Projects in the pipeline include marine, industrial, infrastructure and building works so varied experience in the aforementioned would be greatly advantageous. You would also have a number of subordinates who you would be required to mentor and lead effectively. For someone who has been in the industry for a while and is looking for the chance to use all the skills and experience they have, this is a great opportunity to do so. The position will be based in Cairo.

 

You are to provide timely legal advice in written or oral form as appropriate on all legal issues relating to regional matters in consultation with Legal and Contract Department Manager

 

Requirements

• University education

• Excellent contractual and legal awareness

• Management experience in the construction industry within the above mentioned sectors

• Must be fluent in written and spoken English. Non-negotiable.

• A basic knowledge of financial concepts
