DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the project is delivered within the specified timeframe and within budget
- Represent the interest of the client at all levels
- Attend site meetings
- Provide independent professional advice and guidance
- Ensure prescribed quality standards are adhered to
- Ensure HSE requirements are fulfilled
- Maintain all records of expenditure, accounting, costing and billing.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have at least a BSc. in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- More than 10 years experience.
- Experience in the construction of cement plants
- Ability to communicate effectively (speak and write) in English.
- At least 5 years Project Management experience on building projects
- African experience is essential
- Ability to work in multicultural environment.
- Health, Safety and Environment awareness and/or management.
- Possessing drive and ability to work to tight time-targets.
- Ability to co-ordinate various construction activities at a time.
