DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To acquire new clients
- To ensure that clients are up to date with new products and information
- To coordinate the sales team
- To provide clients with quotations and technical assistance
- To act as an advisor to salesmen
- To represent the company at exhibitions, national and international conventions
- To assist the company in reaching its vision, mission and objectives
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must possess comprehensive practical experience in sales, working knowledge of accounting, multilevel-selling
- Experience with professional customer management, sales promoting measures and customer guidance
- Must have an advanced knowledge of formwork systems and their application
- Working knowledge and experience of economics (financing, time value of money)
- Entrepreneurial knowledge (contracts, checking of credit worthiness, insolvency, supplementary invoice management)
- Working knowledge of market and competition
- Working knowledge of logistics
- Working knowledge of it office programs
- Knowledge and experience in the area of formwork technology
- Working knowledge of sales methods (scenarios, areas for opportunities, responding to claims, beneficial lines of reasoning)
- Interpretation of key figures and controlling tools (project controlling, operations calculations)
- Ability to interpret construction drawings
- Valid driver’s license
- Must have fluency in both English and Portuguese
