Hot Job: Construction Manager (Golf Courses) - Uganda

CA Global: Engineering and Construction (Building Positions) has a client looking for a Construction Manager with good experience particularly in golf course construction. This position will be based in Uganda.

 

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• To construct and deliver the project within the specified timeframe and within budget
• To ensure construction activity meets prescribed quality standards
• To read, understand and explain drawing specifications to Foremen
• To promote safe working practices and to ensure HSE requirements are fulfilled
• To compile daily progress reports for submission to Project Manager
• To provide solutions to any problems on site

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

• At least 10 years professional experience of which at least 5 years have been spent covering all aspects of Golf course construction
• Knowledge of all earthworks movements
• Knowledge of irrigation systems
• Should be a good communicator
• High attention to detail
• Fluent in English
